Senior Delivery Engineer

About the role

A services delivery role supporting customers during and after implementation of travel products. The engineer handles technical support, training and troubleshooting while keeping client relationships strong.

What you will do

• Serve customers through phone, email, chat and other channels
• Support the sales team by building and maintaining positive client relations
• Meet delivery objectives and client expectations in line with contractual obligations
• Coordinate with other departments to provide critical support and maintenance services
• Run technical training courses for customers and staff on complex product situations
• Provide post sale support including deployment, troubleshooting and problem resolution

What they look for

• At least two years in airline network planning and scheduling products or services, with an airline or similar organisation
• High school diploma at minimum, with university study or a degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Confidence presenting to audiences of up to ten people
• Strong organisation, time management, teamwork and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
