Senior DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Secure the software development lifecycle by embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native environments and data and AI workflows, working closely with engineering teams.

What you will do

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with embedded security testing and controls
• Strengthen application and cloud-native security across Kubernetes and containers
• Translate security requirements into practical guardrails for data, AI and ML teams
• Identify and assess vulnerabilities and support prioritisation and remediation
• Contribute to security testing, rollout and observability and explore automation tooling

What they look for

• Strong hands-on experience as a DevSecOps or application security engineer
• Senior or staff level independence to own complex security topics
• Hands-on CI/CD security experience with GitHub, GitLab or similar tooling
• Expertise in cloud-native security, container security, vulnerability management and scanning
• A shift-left mindset and enjoyment of close collaboration with developers

• Experience with Python
• Experience with data and AI or ML environments
