What you will do

  • Sell diagnostic instruments, tests and services in an assigned territory and hit budgeted quotas
  • Run daily customer visits, equipment demos and presentations, including financial ones
  • Lead post-sale onboarding, installation support and role-based training on applications and workflows
  • Handle onsite and remote troubleshooting, escalating technical issues and following through
  • Keep CRM records of visits, action items and customer satisfaction signals
  • Find new leads and referrals, including competitive placements and academic research accounts
