Senior Director, Global Enablement

About the role

Leads the global enablement function that prepares sellers, engineers, customer success leaders and channel partners to win, building an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine tied to the company's platform strategy.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a multi-team organization of directors and managers
• Design role-based learning paths and programs for every field role
• Own role-based certification standards from first-meeting readiness to technical mastery
• Run in-person onboarding bootcamps, regional workshops and launch events
• Build partner and channel enablement that scales
