What you will do
- Author and drive the GTM ecosystem enablement strategy with GTM leadership, defining success measures and quarterly plans
- Lead a team of enablement managers who design, build and roll out tailored programs for different parts of the ecosystem
- Partner with regional and ecosystem teams to find knowledge and process gaps, set learning objectives and deploy scalable instruction
- Design on-demand content and in-person training, build supporting assets and facilitate delivery for sales and presales
- Coach managers and director-level regional leaders to drive consistent execution and capability building
- Prioritize third-party training and events, secure budget and deliver events such as sales kickoffs
