  • Work with pre-sales to hand accounts over cleanly into implementation and beyond
  • Review and build integration workflows linking customer systems to the platform
  • Create queries and reporting solutions, and coach internal and external people on good practice
  • Run knowledge sessions so customer and partner teams can keep going on their own

  • Six or more years in customer-facing work such as technical customer success, solution architecture or consulting
  • Comfort engaging people at executive level and documenting solutions and configurations
  • Experience with data integration, automation and enterprise SaaS

  • Designing agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, ideally in regulated settings
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol for linking AI agents to enterprise tools
  • Python for scripting and automation
