- Track budget performance, spending and procurement, and report blockers, risks and deficits
- Monitor scope and schedule, report changes to management and recommend mitigations
- Escalate projects to leadership and maintain the projects pipeline
- Keep full project documentation and hand deliverables to operations at completion
