Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Own new business acquisition for AI-driven customer experience solutions, turning priority prospects into customers. The role covers prospecting through close and hands deals to the post-sale team.

What you will do

• Build and maintain qualified net-new pipeline through outbound, inbound and partner routes
• Run a repeatable process from discovery and qualification to negotiation and close
• Translate customer priorities and service challenges into a platform and AI value proposition
• Align executive and multi-threaded stakeholders across business, technology, finance and procurement
• Own commercial strategy and deal progression within approved guardrails
• Coordinate solution engineers, product specialists, marketing and sales development partners

What they look for

• Eight to twelve years of related experience
• Demonstrated complex B2B SaaS new-business selling and value-based discovery
• Strong consultative discovery skills that surface problems, urgency and measurable outcomes
• Executive and multi-threaded selling across business, technical, financial and procurement stakeholders
• Commercial acumen for ROI narratives, deal economics and thoughtful negotiation
• Discipline in CRM, forecasting and early risk visibility
