Senior Event Technology Manager

About the role

Leads strategy and delivery of event technology for virtual, hybrid and in-person programmes. Advises clients on platforms and user experience while guiding a team through planning and onsite execution.

What you will do

• Advise clients on event technology practices and platform choices
• Oversee registration websites, app builds and other technical event components
• Support the event technology team before and during events
• Manage hotel room blocks and coordinate with venues
• Handle database consistency, reporting, analytics and attendee communications
• Manage relationships with technology suppliers and produce badges and printed materials

What they look for

• Proficiency with Cvent
• Residence in the United States and availability during Eastern time hours
• Experience leading event technology across virtual, hybrid and in-person formats
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 40 percent
• Client consulting and project management skills
