Senior Hardware Engineer, AI and Server Compute Design

About the role

Leads board and system level hardware design for GPU head nodes and compute servers, guiding products from requirements through validation and into high-volume production.

What you will do

• Turn hyperscaler system requirements into engineering specifications and platform architectures
• Lead designs through EVT, DVT and PVT phases with signal and power integrity analysis
• Work with operations, manufacturing and quality teams to ramp to volume production
• Support datacenter deployment with fast issue triage and corrective action
• Mentor engineers and set best practices for reviews, documentation and validation

What they look for

• Ten or more years of hardware design experience at board and system level
• Deep knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen5/6, CXL, NVLink and Ethernet
• Experience with power delivery networks, SI/PDN design and multi-board systems
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to influence without authority

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hyperscalers or large cloud providers
