Collect, validate and maintain HR data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping and other workforce sources
Build dashboards, reports and scorecards covering headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance and retention
Analyze workforce data to surface trends, risks and opportunities for HR and business leaders
Create clear visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
Support workforce planning, talent management and engagement initiatives through analysis and reporting

Five or more years in HR data analysis or business intelligence with a strong HR data focus
Proficiency with data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Excel
Advanced SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Master's degree
Experience with statistical software such as R or Python for predictive modeling
