Finance Analyst II

About the role

A finance analyst role compiling and analysing financial information for a health plan, producing reports and forecasts and presenting trends to senior management.

What you will do

• Build integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual reports and check accuracy of records
• Spot trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior leaders
• Carry out financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts
• Follow all policies and standards and take on other assigned duties

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years in financial or data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and queries

Nice to have

• Inpatient admission pricing or estimation experience
• Healthcare or Medicare Advantage background, or study of cost trends
• Power BI experience
