What you will do
- Support client reviews with suitability reports and required documents, tracking progress and escalating open cases
- Keep client records in Xplan accurate, current and compliant
- Maintain organised, complete and audit-ready client files
- Help planners with annual review scheduling, meeting preparation and client segmentation
- Complete post-meeting actions accurately and within agreed service levels
