A senior finance partner supporting HR, legal, corporate development and technology leaders with planning, investment decisions, monthly close and reporting.
What you will do
- Serve as trusted finance advisor to functional leaders, challenging assumptions and recommending actions
- Own end-to-end planning for assigned functions, including long-range planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor performance and identify risks, opportunities, forecast gaps and corrective actions
- Partner with HR, legal, technology and corporate development on strategic and financial decisions
- Improve financial processes and models with a focus on practical decision support
What they look for
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent
- 10 or more years of progressive finance experience in business partnering, FP&A, strategic or infrastructure finance
- Experience advising senior business leaders and supporting operational decisions across functions
- Strong business acumen linking financial performance to strategy and operational drivers
- Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning and analytical skills
