Senior Marketing Specialist, Poland

About the role

You will grow the company's share of the Polish mental health market and raise brand awareness there. The role covers influencer and social media work, localisation of acquisition campaigns, and data-driven strategy.

What you will do

• Oversee influencer and social media activities and production
• Read dashboards, run cross-channel tests and turn findings into strategy
• Own content localisation, partnerships and awareness activities after a trial period

What they look for

• At least three years in a comparable marketing role
• Hands-on experience running and optimising Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• End-to-end coordination of influencer collaborations, from selection to contracts and wrap-up
• Strong Polish writing for translating and adapting content
• Genuine interest in mental health and an empathetic manner
• Strategic, curious mindset with willingness to dig into data and test new approaches

Nice to have

• Influencer collaborations for SaaS products or apps
• Website UX optimisation experience
