Senior Lending Advisor

About the role

You will guide new mortgage customers from first consultation through to a completed loan, combining advisory work with credit analysis and product sales.

What you will do

• Advise new mortgage customers and deliver a smooth, professional lending experience
• Prepare loan applications and supporting documents for internal credit decisions
• Process mortgage deals accurately and on schedule
• Sell banking products based on customer needs to meet individual targets
• Keep CRM records timely and compliant with set procedures
• Analyse applications with detailed risk assessment and present cases to decision makers

What they look for

• At least three years in mortgage lending, including housing loan products and credit risk
• Strong communication and customer advisory abilities
• Analytical mindset with close attention to detail
• Able to handle complex customer cases on your own
• Familiar with CRM systems and banking product management
• Good English and fluent Latvian, spoken and written, for pan-Baltic work
