List Analyst, 2nd Shift

About the role

You will analyse customer subscription lists and work out the cheapest way to deliver products, while compiling shipping charges for billing on legal and third party work.

What you will do

• Analyse data to find the most cost effective delivery method for subscriptions
• Investigate problems to find root causes and solutions, and communicate required actions to leadership and colleagues
• Create compliant shipping lists in BCC Software from SAP subscriber data or other sources
• Update shipping records and costs, extracting and summarising data for third party billing
• Keep process execution in line with SOX compliance
• Build relationships with stakeholders and internal and external customers
