Creative Brand Strategist

About the role

Shape the brand direction and storytelling for a fast-growing insurance platform across Southeast Asia, blending strategic thinking with hands-on creative work on campaigns, content and community.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the brand narrative, positioning and messaging across regional markets
• Lead creative concept development for campaigns that lift brand perception and audience engagement
• Plan and run integrated campaigns to build awareness, engagement and leads
• Guide designers and content creators so brand strategy becomes high-quality creative assets
• Oversee content strategy for social, newsletters and community channels and grow an engaged community
• Work with influencers and creators, and analyse data to inform brand strategy

• Proven experience in brand strategy and creative direction
• Strong English communication for work across global teams
• Ability to turn strategy into hands-on creative execution
• Comfort analysing campaign performance and drawing insights
• Must already be based in Singapore
