What you will do
- Lead analysis for platform enhancements, process changes, automations and regulatory updates
- Collect, document and track business requirements across the full change lifecycle
- Produce business cases, specifications, user stories and process documentation
- Support delivery with functional, regression and user acceptance testing
- Bridge business and technical teams so requirements and outcomes are shared
- Analyse processes, run root cause analysis and recommend efficiency improvements

- Prior experience as a business analyst or in a comparable role supporting process or system change
- Strong ability to gather, analyse, document and manage requirements through a change lifecycle
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders and translating complex needs
- Hands-on involvement in IT change work, including testing, validation and implementation
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Agile working and tools such as Jira, plus fluent spoken and written English
