- Define project scope with cross-functional teams and set up quality assurance for IT systems
- Assess risks, build mitigation plans and keep work compliant with regulations
- Lead project teams, encourage continuous improvement and spread best practices
- Prepare status reports and manage vendor relationships for lab IT projects
