  • Write and keep the enterprise data quality policy, framework and method, then push for adoption
  • Define the critical data element method and help domain groups pick elements and set thresholds
  • Build board-level quality scorecards, set baselines and report trends against them
  • Track remediation to closure at source, escalate systemic defects and run root-cause analysis
  • Turn quality numbers into business terms such as disputes, working capital and close effort
