Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

Builds governed, scalable data models and metrics that support dashboards, self-service analytics, data science and AI interfaces. The role turns raw data into structured analytical assets used across the business.

What you will do

• Lead design and upkeep of reusable data models, standard metrics and semantic layer parts
• Turn business needs into data models and precise metric definitions applied consistently
• Work with data engineering, data science, BI, product and business teams on priorities and contracts
• Improve data quality, governance, discoverability and documentation with automated checks
• Build and run last-mile transformation pipelines with version control, testing and monitoring
• Coach teammates on modeling and engineering practices and help set standards and roadmap
