Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Fulfillment

About the role

Flexible on where you work, with the team meeting up in person now and then. The role spans the whole model lifecycle, from framing the problem to watching it in production, and pairs ML depth with solid software engineering.

At a glance

What you will do

• Build and ship machine learning models and services for enterprise AI products and business initiatives.
• Own the full lifecycle: problem framing, data prep, features, training, offline evaluation, experiments, rollout and monitoring.
• Write maintainable Python with tests, profiling, code review, docs and operational readiness.
• Run ML services on cloud infrastructure with monitoring, alerting, observability and safeguards.
• Use experiments, statistics and causal or counterfactual methods to judge model quality and launch decisions.
• Help set technical direction through design reviews, architecture talks and tradeoff discussions.
