Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

You will build AI products that speed up clinical trials and improve patient care, turning research advances into scalable solutions. The work supports recruitment, enrolment forecasting and study feasibility across a remote team.

What you will do

• Develop machine learning models and LLM powered agents for patient recruitment, enrolment forecasting and study feasibility
• Create robust data pipelines and deploy models at scale using cloud tools and MLOps practices
• Keep current with ML and AI developments and turn promising prototypes into production features

What they look for

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with its ML ecosystem, including pandas, scikit-learn and TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Clean and efficient coding practices
• Comfort working with cloud services such as Athena, Bedrock and SageMaker, plus dbt, Prefect and CI/CD automation
• Ability to collaborate well and also contribute independently
• Self discipline to thrive in a remote setting, with strong empathy and communication
