What you will do

  • Own the SEO and GEO roadmap across all US brands, ranked by revenue impact
  • Do the technical SEO work on Shopify: crawling, indexing, site structure, internal links, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects and ca
  • Write and improve content on product, collection, landing, comparison and FAQ pages and the blog, with AI help
  • Check SEO content against approved claims and escalate to science and regulatory when needed
  • Build off-site authority through syndication, link building and reclaiming unlinked mentions, working with PR
  • Report on organic and AI visibility, set targets with finance and present to leadership

  • Six to eight or more years of hands-on SEO work, done directly rather than through agencies
  • Demonstrated gains in a brand's visibility inside AI answers, with a clear account of what caused them
  • Strength in both traditional SEO and AI search
