Senior Manager, Marketing, Lung Cancer

About the role

Marketing plans for the company's lead lung cancer programs ahead of expected launches. The person works with the Commercial team and outside agencies, and brings a commercial view to clinical, medical and access work.

What you will do

• Help build and lead strategic and promotional plans, and shape launch strategy to fit the full brand and portfolio.
• Use knowledge of oncology customers, from providers and key opinion leaders to patients and access stakeholders, to guide the brand approach
• Lead rollout of launch strategies through promotional materials for key segments across several channels.
• Work with analytics and insights on market research, performance metrics and measuring marketing effectiveness.
• Manage agency of record relationships, workflow and budgets, keeping plans within compliance and regulatory rules.

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive commercial experience in biotech or pharma, including strategic and omnichannel mar
• Strong leadership and the ability to work across functions and influence others.
• Deep grasp of the disease area, competitors and market shifts.
• Experience developing customer-facing content with internal partners.
• Willingness to travel to the home office and to external meetings and conferences.
