Marketing Segment Manager, Residential Building

About the role

A strategic marketing leader is needed to drive expansion and innovation in a residential building products portfolio, connecting market insight with product development and channel growth.

What you will do

• Set the North American growth plan for residential building products
• Assess markets, segments, customers, channels and rivals to find attractive opportunities
• Define priority customer and influencer groups across the distribution chain
• Create go-to-market plans, value propositions and channel models for key segments
• Build demand forecasts and scorecards tracking adoption, revenue, margin and experience
• Craft a three-year roadmap covering capabilities, resources, technology and partnerships

What they look for

• Seven or more years in strategic or product marketing, commercialization, market development, category or brand management
• Track record creating and executing segment, channel or go-to-market plans
• Experience launching products, solutions or brands from planning through execution
• History leading complex cross-functional work with sales, product, operations, supply chain or marketing partners
• Strong analytical skills
