Regional Sales Manager, K-12 Education

About the role

Lead a regional sales team covering a K-12 education territory, setting strategy and growing district partnerships. The role combines coaching, field work and policy awareness to expand adoption of literacy solutions.

What you will do

• Build and carry out a regional plan grounded in data to win new business and grow existing accounts
• Track state and local education policy shifts and use them to shape sales positioning
• Set targets and KPIs, then coach, mentor and assess representatives against them
• Join reps in the field to meet district and school leaders and widen the customer network
• Support the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, pricing, RFX bids and contract talks
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate through disciplined use of Salesforce and analytics tools

What they look for

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Ten or more years of successful sales in K-12 education, ideally technology and reading curricula
• A record of leading collaborative, high-performing sales teams
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop sales staff through feedback and guidance
• Skill at guiding strategic account planning and holding senior relationships with priority districts
