Director, Marketing Process and Technology

About the role

A senior compliance leader owns marketing review end to end, running the AI review tool and the review process while handling judgment calls personally. The role is a player-coach position with room to hire an analyst.

What you will do

• Serve as business owner and administrator of the AI marketing review tool, covering configuration, tuning, testing and releases
• Set automation tiers defining what AI approves, what needs human confirmation and what always gets human review
• Measure tool output against human review, tune it and widen the content categories it handles
• Build human-in-the-loop thresholds, sampling and QA so the tool stays reliable as rules and content change
• Keep AI-assisted approvals auditable and defensible to examiners, auditors or carriers
• Design intake for review requests with clear service levels, routing and prioritization, and maintain review standards and approved language
