What you will do
- Track daily performance and key indicators such as days in accounts receivable, cash results and denial patterns
- Serve as the main operational contact linking client facilities with internal delivery teams
- Turn client requests and problems into clear operational priorities and action plans
- Spot risks and trends, then push corrective plans to protect cash flow and client satisfaction
- Coach staff on daily best practices and help clear obstacles to execution
- Review dashboards and statistical reports to improve timeliness, quality and reimbursement
