Field Sales Group Manager

About the role

A field sales management role leading a team that acquires consigned luxury items from new and existing clients. The manager coaches representatives, tracks performance and reports to sales leadership.

What you will do

• Push the field team to meet or beat daily and monthly targets
• Observe sales appointments and coach representatives to improve results
• Use customer reports to spot chances for more engagement and consignments
• Track client feedback and resolve complaints for the team
• Give sales leadership accurate updates on strategy and goals
• Hire, train, schedule, appraise and discipline team members

What they look for

• At least three years of sales management experience
• Drive to win and grow business in a competitive sales setting
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfort with fast paced, changing work environments
• Skill at building trust and credibility with clients quickly
• Familiarity with G-Suite, email, Salesforce and CRM tools
