What you will do
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement efforts to lift operational efficiency and service quality
- Oversee outsourced providers and keep their output aligned with business and customer needs
- Build and maintain performance management, governance and policy frameworks
- Support workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimization
- Provide reporting, analytics and recommendations for operational and strategic decisions
- Benchmark service performance and act as subject matter expert for managers and stakeholders
