Principal Product Marketing Manager

About the role

This role leads the product marketing function, shaping positioning, messaging, pricing and go-to-market work that lift subscription uptake, conversion and retention across the product suite.

What you will do

• Set and refine the core product messaging and the value proposition that underpins all other messaging
• Review the whole product portfolio and decide how each offering is positioned and marketed, prioritising by revenue impact
• Improve funnel and lifecycle messaging with the Growth team, using audits and performance data to pick priorities
• Lead go-to-market for new packages, price changes, repositioning and audience expansion across teams
• Guide customer, market and competitor research and act as the internal voice of the customer

What they look for

• At least eight years in product marketing, ideally in subscription, SaaS or platform businesses with complex portfolios
• A track record of measurable impact on subscription retention
