Own the offline media function end to end, from television and podcasts to direct mail, reporting to the growth VP and working closely with the marketing chief. The focus is on measurement-led scaling of new and existing channels.

What you will do
- Relaunch and grow linear and connected TV, rebuilding plans and rotating creative while scaling spend on evidence
- Rebuild the podcast program, choosing a buying model, selecting shows and setting attribution through promo codes
- Grow direct mail profitably with external partners across both strategy and measurement
- Design and interpret geo tests and holdouts, triangulating results with surveys and promo codes
- Set offline budgets, make scale or cut decisions and present them to leadership
- Hold agencies and partners to clear targets and help creative teams improve TV, mail and audio assets
What they look for
- Eight or more years in performance or growth marketing, with at least four owning offline channels brand-side
- A track record of taking an offline channel from test to substantial budget
- Experience managing media partners and holding them accountable for results
- Ability to design incrementality tests and calibrate marketing mix models with experiments
- Knowledge of TV buying and reporting, linear versus connected TV economics and podcast buying models
Nice to have
- SQL and BigQuery experience
