Senior Manager, Partnerships

About the role

Owns new partner growth for public service professionals, focusing on military organizations with secondary work in law enforcement, fire and rescue, and healthcare. Builds scalable partnerships that bring new members onto the platform.

What you will do

• Develop relationships with decision-makers at military, veteran and association groups
• Prospect creatively through networking, referrals and events when no clear path exists
• Launch partnerships that benefit both sides and grow member acquisition over time
• Design scalable partnership strategies guided by data and audience metrics
• Own quarterly member acquisition targets for the public service segment
• Work with marketing and product teams to align initiatives with business goals

What they look for

• Five to seven or more years in partnerships, development or a related field
• Comfort building rapport with everyone from small business owners to association executives
• Persistence that builds trust while pushing for the next conversation
• Creativity and comfort with ambiguity, testing approaches and adjusting

Nice to have

• Experience with military audiences such as veterans, service organizations or family networks
