Senior Manager, Qualitative Evaluation and Insights

About the role

A hands-on qualitative research lead who gathers and codes interview, focus group and survey data for campus consulting engagements and turns it into findings university partners can act on.

What you will do

• Apply shared coding frameworks consistently and keep coding quality steady from project to project
• Coordinate fieldwork logistics with campus partners around the academic calendar
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to surface themes and findings that shape recommendations
• Own deliverables such as reports, memos, presentations and client-facing narratives
• Present findings to external stakeholders and draft case studies and institutional spotlights

What they look for

• Direct experience running interviews and focus groups
• Discipline in coding large data volumes consistently and judging which discrepancies to escalate
• Clear analytic writing that separates participant statements from inference and blends survey results with qualitative data
• Ability to keep several engagements moving at once, tracking campuses, codebook versions and deadlines
• Grounded understanding of measuring organisational culture beyond a single survey score

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-coder quality assurance or inter-rater reliability
