What you will do
- Find, assess and progress data center opportunities in US and Americas markets
- Help shape metro strategy by weighing power supply, scalability, cost, permits, tax incentives and regional risk
- Run site due diligence on utility capacity, substation access, fiber, zoning, permitting, environment and buildability
- Collect and check information from landlords, utilities, brokers, consultants and municipalities
- Support lease talks and commercial structuring alongside real estate and legal colleagues
- Track deal milestones and keep site records current in Salesforce and internal systems
