What you will do
- Lead document execution, including timelines, project management and communication
- Coordinate client contributors and internal resources such as QC and publishing
- Ensure documents follow client processes, templates and instructional materials
- Guide message development and interpret data to create shell documents
- Plan and lead kickoff meetings and comment resolution sessions
- Conduct literature searches and peer QC reviews as needed

- Five or more years as a medical writer in CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical settings
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience writing clinical study reports, protocols, amendments, investigator brochures and module documents
- Familiarity with lean authoring and structured content management
- Knowledge of ICH and US regulatory requirements for clinical documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft applications
Nice to have
- Oncology, infectious disease or vaccine experience
- Working knowledge of ex-US regulatory requirements
