What you will do
- Cut high volumes of vertical clips of roughly 30 to 90 seconds with strong opening hooks
- Adapt pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios and audio to each platform's native style
- Repurpose long episodes into clips and cutdowns while keeping the story intact
- Edit 8 to 30 minute YouTube videos with retention-focused pacing, B-roll and sound design
- Manage footage, self-review, export platform-ready files and track status in ClickUp
What they look for
- Three or more years of professional editing with a portfolio covering both short and long form
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Hands-on experience producing video with Higgsfield AI, shown in finished work
- Proven editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with platform awareness
- A fast, repeatable workflow using templates and presets to ship several pieces daily
- Clear written English, reliable high-speed internet, own editing gear and Adobe Creative Cloud license
Nice to have
