What you will do
- Lead whole NetSuite ERP projects or large functional workstreams, covering process mapping, setup, testing, training and launch
- Handle project plans, status updates, risks, decisions and functional deliverables together with clients and colleagues
- Configure NetSuite for core financials plus relevant manufacturing or distribution needs
- Review current processes and propose practical future workflows that raise visibility, control and efficiency
- Turn business needs into functional designs and work with technical consultants when customisation is required
- Coach consultant and associate team members, document work and support escalated client requests
What they look for
- Practical functional NetSuite consulting background; other ERP experience alone is not enough
- Record of contributing to several NetSuite implementations and independently leading one or a major workstream
- Solid grasp of core accounting and business processes such as general ledger, receivables, payables and reconciliations
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution features like order management, purchasing, inventory, work orders or assemblies
- Able to manage client relationships, priorities, documentation and communication across functions
- Willing to work remotely and travel up to a quarter of the time, including flights and overnight stays
Nice to have
- Background in a NetSuite partner, consulting or professional services setting
- Deeper expertise in a particular NetSuite module, process or industry
