.NET Developer (Azure APIM)

About the role

Build and integrate secure, scalable services for a U.S. healthcare client, working across .NET application development and Azure cloud technologies.

What you will do

• Develop new features and applications with .NET Framework and related tools
• Handle break-fix work and deployment support for systems already in use
• Work with the product owner and other teams to set priorities in an agile setup
• Review peers' code to uphold quality, best practices and test coverage
• Maintain and improve existing systems within two week sprints

What they look for

• English at B2 or C1 level for smooth communication across teams
• Over five years of practical .NET Framework development
• At least three years of proven work with Azure API Management, Service Bus and Functions
• Experience with infrastructure as code using ARM, Bicep or Terraform
• SQL Server skills covering queries, stored procedures and performance tuning
• Front end experience with frameworks such as jQuery and Knockout.js

Nice to have

• Prior work on healthcare or health related applications
• Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Application Insights or Elastic
• Knowledge of an OpenID provider, ideally Azure Entra ID, and auth flows
• Azure security know how including Entra ID, Managed Identity, networking and Key Vault
