What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of four to six senior network engineers
- Run daily scrum calls and oversee incident and major incident escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and put preventive measures in place
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex incidents and update stakeholders
- Support performance reviews and development goal setting for the team

- Eight to twelve years in network engineering, with two to three years leading a team
- Expertise in Cisco and Nexus switching, VLANs, trunking, spanning tree and routing protocols
- Experience with Meraki wireless and cloud management
- Proficiency with physical and virtual F5 load balancers
- Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring and scripting in Python or Ansible
