- Run daily payment operations so member payments are accurate, timely and well controlled
- Set up and scale payment operations for newly launched products
- Use data analysis, process mapping and automation to improve payment operations
- Partner with product and engineering to launch new payment capabilities and align stakeholders
- Build reporting and track trends in payment metrics such as accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve complex payment issues raised by clients, members and internal teams
