  • Run onboarding from offer acceptance through the first days, and handle offboarding including exit interviews and access removal
  • Prepare contracts, amendments and verification letters, and keep employee data accurate for payroll
  • Manage visa and immigration cases with outside providers, and own the US benefits programme from enrolment to broker relationships
  • Track federal and state employment law, keep the handbook current, and maintain right-to-work and I-9 records
