Senior Performance Marketing Strategist

About the role

A client facing role owning paid media strategy for fast growing B2B clients. You lead senior conversations, tie ad spend to pipeline and revenue, and turn campaign data into clear business advice.

What you will do

• Set paid media strategy for each client, aligned to their business goals and key metric
• Own forecasting and budget pacing against quarterly and yearly targets
• Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders on results, risks and next steps
• Serve as main strategic contact for a portfolio of four to seven B2B clients
• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta Ads
• Keep conversion tracking sound across GA4, GTM and CRM before any launch

What they look for

• At least three years of hands on B2B paid media work, including one year in B2B SaaS
• Prior client facing strategy role owning communication, not only execution
• Record of meeting MQL, SQL or pipeline goals for B2B clients
• Direct management of at least 50k in monthly ad spend across several accounts
• Strong Google Ads skills plus at least one other platform
