About the role

A senior role owning paid media performance across several DTC brands, scaling high-budget campaigns profitably while guiding creative testing and full-funnel growth strategy.

What you will do

Apply advanced bidding strategies such as cost caps, bid caps and minimum ROAS
Scale winning campaigns while preserving acquisition efficiency
Analyze performance across ad platforms, Shopify and analytics tools
Track metrics including CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV and contribution margin
Assess attribution and conversion data to separate real growth from platform figures

What they look for

Three to five or more years of hands-on performance media buying
Experience with DTC fashion and eCommerce brands
Proven record managing large monthly ad budgets
Advanced Meta Ads expertise including scaling strategies
Ability to scale campaigns to high daily spend profitably

Nice to have

Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads or AppLovin channels
