What you will do
- Build and keep Figma templates that reflect the live product on web and mobile
- Go through production journeys and recreate every screen, state and interaction
- Compare live components with the design files and write up gaps with visual references
- Create local components and variants for review against the design system
- Organise the template library by journey and platform so other teams can adopt it
What they look for
- English at B2 or above, spoken and written
- Senior product or UI/UX design experience
- Deep Figma knowledge: Auto Layout, variants, component properties, variables, styles, libraries
- Hands-on design system work, including tokens and when to reuse or add a variant
- Web and app interaction design covering responsive behaviour and loading, error, empty and success states
- Careful eye for spacing, type, colour, icons and behaviour mismatches
