Senior Product Designer

About the role

End-to-end design ownership for one or more product areas, from discovery through launch and later iteration. The design practice is being rebuilt around AI-native ways of working, and this person helps set that direction.

What you will do

• Own design for one or more product areas, from framing the problem through shipped UI and later iteration
• Use AI tools across the workflow: research synthesis, concept exploration, prototypes, and testing with real data
• Lead the move to an AI-native design process and make the practices stick across the team
• Rework how discovery, critique, research and handoff run, and grow the design system so it scales
• Build working prototypes and write front-end code when that closes the gap to production
• Shape strategy and roadmap, weigh technical tradeoffs with engineers, and argue for what to build and why

What they look for

• 5+ years of product design in B2B SaaS, with complex products shipped alongside engineers and PMs
• Daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma Make or v0, with examples of how they changed the work
• A builder mindset: comfortable prototyping in AI coding tools and thinking about feasibility, data and business impact
• Comfort bringing structure to complex, data-heavy workflows and seeing how decisions ripple across flows
• Clear communication of design rationale to engineers, PMs, executives and customers
