Senior Product Manager

About the role

A hands-on product role in a small team, turning user needs, partner requirements and business goals into shipped product changes, with independent ownership of scope and outcomes.

What you will do

• Set goals, non-goals, acceptance criteria and dependencies, and keep the roadmap realistic with engineering
• Give designers context and constraints, weigh options together, and settle product questions during implementation
• Surface conflicting priorities among partners, academic teams, support and leadership, and communicate changes early
• Help test key workflows, triage defects, judge release readiness, and plan launch communication with those closest to users

• Experience turning user needs and business goals into clear product decisions
• Ability to work closely with design and engineering to ship the right changes
• Comfort owning problem, priority, scope and success measures independently
• Skill at making tradeoffs from close attention to detail while keeping focus on outcomes
• Experience defining measurable success and checking that tracking data is usable
