About the role

A senior product role owning strategy and delivery for career services and recruiting products used by students, alumni, career centres and employers. The work spans discovery through launch and iteration.

What you will do

Own the long term vision, strategy and roadmap for a major product line
Prioritise opportunities using market research, customer input and business impact
Guide cross functional teams through the full product lifecycle
Talk with users to uncover pain points, workflows and success metrics
Partner with UX and research on discovery, interviews and prototype testing
Work with marketing and customer success on launches, positioning and messaging

What they look for

Five or more years in product management, including at least two in a senior or lead role
Experience in a scrappy startup, scale-up or otherwise resource constrained setting
End to end ownership: validating problems, shaping solutions, shipping and measuring results
Hands on building AI agents, workflow automations or AI powered tools, not prompting alone
A track record leading B2B SaaS product work in recruiting, staffing or a related field
